And now:

1) The ropes-snakes symbolize Snow and his will to sell Finnick's body. Finnick can't do a thing to stand up against it, so he's just tied up.
2) The butterfly is a symbol of unavailable freedom - Finnick and other victors will never be really free.
3) And a crown is the victor's crown - it's always kind of broken, because it's a price for killing innocent children. And Finnick tells Snow that he won't wear it, but it's not an option - he must do this.
